The incident which showed he is a cunt is where a bloke and his missus were walking with a baby in a pram on Christmas morning in Richmond Park.
Mo is doing laps for his training and asked the bloke to get out the way rather than run round him and it kicked off.
I thought it was a bit ironic as anyone who has the misfortune to live near the Somali community knows they are basically known for mooching about outside corner stores and cafés and generally obstructing the public footpath.
I mean, heaven forbid a young couple wanted to take their baby to the park on Christmas morning of all days. If that was the other way round on Ramadan you would never have heard the last of it.

But if there was an outdoor track with the same geometry as an indoor one, a run on it wouldn't be counted as indoor, would it?

because indoors is a 200 metres track as opposed to outdoors 400 metres. tighter bends, shorter straights, give different times over the same distance.

I cooked a ccc with quorn mince fir some meat eating friends.
Didn't tell them and they didn't notice.
Obviously plenty of alcohol helped.
Will use it again.
